Hello, my name is Royce Louis and I was born and raised in Miami, located in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. I now reside in the Tampa and in the years that I’ve been here I have truly grown to love and appreciate the area for the many things it has to offer. Uniquely known for its diverse culture, exquisite cuisine and gorgeous sunny beaches, Tampa is continuously growing and is becoming the ideal destination for new residents, vacationers and retirees alike.

I originally moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida which is where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In Tampa, I am active in the community, particularly volunteering my time and support with the American Cancer Society in the national fight against breast cancer. I’ve also participated and have held leadership roles in several organizations such as the Corporate Mentor Program and SISTUHS, Inc. I also helped charter and was president of my business and professional sorority, Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc.

Furthermore, I’ve always been a person with diverse interests which is represented in my experience with various industries. With my experience, I’ve had the honor of helping to serve those who go above and beyond to serve our country each day by working with a company that was geared towards serving and assisting the military. Through this rewarding experience helping people, I’ve discovered a sincere passion for real estate. I’ve always had a strong appreciation for spaces and unique styles of architecture. Thus, I decided to obtain my real estate license which allows me to combine my joy for helping people with my love for beautiful building structures, particularly homes.
