My name is Phil Paul and I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself. I was born in Chicago, IL but consider Florida my home because I was raised in Jacksonville. I am the older brother to 3 sisters and the youngest sisters are twins. We have always been a tight knit family and even though my family still lives in Jacksonville and I live in Tampa we are still very close.

I attended Florida State University and studied Residential Housing Design and Property Management. With a lot of hard work and determination, I graduated in 3 years and decided to go back for more. I am in the process of obtaining my Masters Degree in Architecture from Florida A & M University.

Accompanying my efforts to finish my Masters Degree I found my niche as a Sales Professional in a round about way. I started a job working in the Construction Department with a Fortune 500 Builder in the Tampa Bay area. While I felt happy that I was using my degree, I quickly realized my personality was better suited to join the Sales Department. After several months of rigorous training and tests I hit the ground running when I was placed in a Wesley Chapel community.

My passion for helping others, attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships while working for the company allowed me to become the #1 Sales Associate for the National Association of Homebuilders. Alongside that recognition came several other awards in my time with that builder which included: Employee of the Quarter, Sales Associate of the Quarter (twice), Highest Customer Satisfaction Score among the Sales Team, and Sales Associate of the Month (at least one time for every year there).

I am also active in the Tampa Bay community volunteering with United Way of Tampa Bay, Children’s Home, Boys & Girls Club, and Chamber of Commerce.
