One would think that selling a home in a “down” market would be hard enough, but satisfying a family of four with very high expectations for their new home would prove to be tougher. Once again, Reed’s knowledge, willingness to educate, and patience to find a home that fit our needs made it surprisingly easy. In fact, our existing home sold in 18 days (much to our surprise) in the worst housing market virtually on record. The hard part now was finding our “Perfect Home”.

Instead of letting us “settle” on a home that seemed right for us, Reed ultimately found us a home that was the perfect size, location and layout that fit what we were looking for. The best part was that it was a new home with a great warranty, something we weren’t going to get with a resale. There was no way we could afford a home in the location we desired based on our research. It turned out buying a new home was actually cheaper than buying a resale.

Our energy bills are substantially lower (I have proof), our mortgage is lower, our insurance is lower, and I have a new home with a warranty. How could someone ask for more?
